Description of Services

WebWorx provides new website design, website migration, website hosting/maintenance, Local SEO, and other Lead Generation services.


Website Design

Refund Policy

There is a 7-day grace period after the deposit has been paid where refunds will be accepted if requested. Afterwards, design work has assumedly begun and there will be no refunds.


First 6 Months

Due to our lower up-front costs for design, the first 6 months after the site is published are considered a leasing period. We own all designs outright and are not responsible for exporting content if you decide to part ways.


After 6 months

You then own the design of your website and should you decide to part ways we will do a full export of the site to a zip file allowing you to retain content and designs built by Webworx.


Monthly Recurring Costs: (LEADWORX Plans)

LEADWORX Plan is invoiced on day 1 of when the work begins for that project and must be setup with auto-billing.

For Example,

Local SEO would begin 30 days after the deposit for a new website build

Local Service Ads would begin on the 1st day of an "Active" service ads account

Reputation Management & GBP Management would begin on 1st day of an "Active" Google Business Profile


As a client, you will be pre-paying for your LEADWORX Plan, so please let us know the month prior if you'd like to pause your account.


Webworx does not force you into contracts for any of our plans, We do retain design rights for all new website builds for first 6 months, but you can cancel at any time. Please contact info@webworx.agency with any billing questions.


Late Fees / Non-Payment

Late fees are applied to recurring services 10 days after non-payment. They will begin accruing at $10/ per day starting on the 10th day. On the 14th day of non-payment the website will be taken offline until payments have been received.


Force Majeure

WebWorx shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.


Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges and agrees that WebWorx will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.


No Guarantee

The client acknowledges and agrees that WebWorx cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
